Pleasant Valley Vineyards, Inc.

Our Viognier grapes are grown in Paso Robles by Hansen Vineyrds. The grapes are pressed, the juice is cold stabilized and then fermented on the lees in small, neutral, French oak barels. The wine exhibits concentrated flavors of ripe summer peaches and pears enhanced by the subtle scent of white flowers.
